Structured summaries
Each meeting returns a consistent brief: action items with owners, decisions made, key facts stated, and deadlines mentioned — no free-form wall of text.
Vertigo Tech turns your company's meetings into structured notes your team can trust — action items, key facts, deadlines, and a transcript you can search — then reminds you before the important dates arrive. Per-seat subscription software that connects to the calendar you already use. Built for teams that can't afford to lose a detail.
No credit card. Early access rolls out on a rolling basis to teams on the list.
Built for teams that run on meetings. Every minute spent writing up a meeting from memory is a minute you don't get back — or worse, a deadline nobody wrote down.
The note-taking tax
The details that matter surface in conversation — a conceded date, a promised document, a deadline said out loud. When capturing them depends on whoever happened to be typing, things slip.
What it does
Built for meeting-heavy work — structured output tied to clients and engagements, a searchable dashboard, and role-based access, on a per-seat subscription.
Each meeting returns a consistent brief: action items with owners, decisions made, key facts stated, and deadlines mentioned — no free-form wall of text.
A full transcript with speaker labels, timestamped and tied to the client and engagement. Search across every meeting from one dashboard to find what was said and when.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and customer content is never used to train AI models. Notes are tagged by client and engagement, so confidential material stays scoped to the people who need it.
Vertigo flags every date and deadline mentioned in the meeting and lets you export them straight to your calendar. It also sends a reminder before a date comes due, so a renewal or a promised delivery doesn't live only in someone's notes.
Connect Outlook and Google Calendar so meetings flow in automatically. Deeper workflow integrations are on the roadmap.
More integrations — coming soonControl who can see each client and engagement. Team members get access scoped to the work they're on, with a clear audit trail of who viewed what.
How it works
No new habits to build. Connect once, and structured notes show up on their own.
Link Outlook or Google Calendar in a couple of clicks. Vertigo sees your scheduled meetings — nothing else — and you choose which ones it handles.
It joins the meeting, or works from a recording you upload, and transcribes it with speaker labels — then pulls out the actions, facts, and deadlines that matter.
Within minutes of the meeting ending, a clean summary and searchable transcript land in your inbox and dashboard, tagged to the right client and engagement. Vertigo then reminds you ahead of the dates it found.

FAQ
No. Customer content — meeting audio, transcripts, and summaries — is never used to train or fine-tune our models, and is never shared with model providers for training. It is processed only to deliver the service back to you.
That's our default data-handling policy, not a setting you have to find and turn off, and it's set out in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped by client and engagement with role-based permissions, and every access event is logged for audit. Admins control which users and which meetings are in scope.
We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II attestation as part of our path to general availability, and Enterprise agreements can include custom data-handling and retention terms. As with any third-party tool that touches confidential material, we recommend confirming your workflow against your own confidentiality obligations.
At launch, Vertigo connects to Outlook and Google Calendar, works with common video-conferencing platforms, and can also work from a recording you upload after an in-person meeting.
Deeper workflow integrations are on our roadmap. If a specific tool is critical to your team, tell us when you join the waitlist and it will help us prioritize.
Your data belongs to your organization, not to us. Before you cancel you can export your summaries and transcripts. After cancellation, we delete customer content according to the retention schedule in your agreement, and you can request earlier deletion.
Any team that runs a lot of meetings and needs the details afterwards. Vertigo transcribes the meeting, indexes it, and surfaces the key points when you search — it doesn't assume a particular industry.
It tends to earn its keep fastest with client-facing and professional-services teams, where a missed commitment or a forgotten date costs real money, and with internal project teams that need a reliable record of what was decided.
We are opening access on a rolling basis to teams on the waitlist, prioritizing those whose workflows match what we are building for. Joining the list costs nothing and does not commit you to a subscription.
When your team is next in line, we reach out to set up onboarding and confirm early-access pricing.
Join the waitlist and lock in early-access pricing. We onboard teams in the order they join — no credit card, no commitment.
We'll only email you about early access. No newsletters, no sharing your address.
